取り消し規約 - Cancellation policy
当日キャンセルはレッスンの4時間前まで可能となります。 ただ、月2回当日キャンセルが発生する場合、レッスン1回分のチケットが消費されます。 また、レッスンの4時間前が過ぎてからのキャンセルも同様にレッスン1回分のチケットが消費されますのでご注意ください。 You can cancel the lesson 4 hours before the lesson in emergency. However, if you cancel the lesson on the day of your class 2 times in 1 month, you will use up 1 lesson ticket. If you cancel the lesson within 4 hours of the lesson start time, you will use up 1 lesson ticket. Online booking is possible up to 4 hours before the session. Please send a message if you want to reserve the session within 4 hours of the class time and it may be possible in some circumstances.
